PhD candidate and Master in Criminal Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), where he also graduated. Postgraduate in Procedural Law from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). Extension in Criminal Sciences at Georg-August Universität Göttingen / Germany.

Substitute Professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), in the Criminal Legal Practice Center (2013). 

Professor of Postgraduate Courses in Law and Technology at the New Law Institute (2020), in Criminal Sciences (2018/2024) and in Applied Intelligence (2020/2024) at the School of Government of the Public Prosecutor's Office/RJ, in Corporate Criminal Law and Complex Crime (2018/2021) and in Economic Criminal Law (2023) at Ibmec/RJ, and in Criminal Sciences at PUC-Rio (2023).

Professor of several extension courses at the Superior School of Advocacy/RJ (2023).
